Serious question.. Sensible answers will be much appreciated.

I’m an oldie, suffering from Hemorrhoids (piles).
I’ve applied ANUSOL suppositories and used PROCTOSEDYL ointment, but I still have a burning sensation.
Do you know from personal experience, of any other cream that may help me get “rid of”/or “relief from” the ‘burning sensation’?
