Hemorrhoids during pregnancy?
i have been fighting hemorrhoids since i was in my 5th month of pregnancy, i am now in my 9th month and i have the worst Hemorrhoid ever! i told my doctor about it and he gave me some lotion but now its bleeding alot and it wont stop, im having to wear pads. i go back to my doctor on tuesday and its been bleeding for a week, it looks very badly infected and i wanted to know being 36wks pregnant will my doctor induce my labor because of how badly infected the hemorrhoid is?

I had hemorrhoids problem too when I was pregnant. I had it in the last semester though and I know exactly how painful and annoying it can be.
As for me, what I did was to rub oil before going to the toilet. My doctor also gave me an all natural fiber drink which helped somewhat. One thing that really helped though was witch hazel.pads.
According to MayoClinic, “Treatment for severe hemorrhoids during pregnancy may include prescription medication or a minor surgical procedure.” So I think it is best to go see your doctor right away.
